3 Divisions

NWPBA baseball allows teams to choose between 3 divisions: Premier, Classic and Independent. The Premier division is our most competitive division aimed at top tier high school and club teams. Classic Division is is aimed at a blend of Varsity and JV players to compete at a comparable level to Spring Varsity baseball. The Independent Division is designed for programs rebuilding or only looking for a limited amount of games.

Summer Baseball

Northwest Prep Baseball Association, formerly known as OIBA, summer baseball was started in 2008 to provide a competitive league and help develop local high school programs. With now more than 50 teams, the league is growing in size and continues to expand divisions and competition levels. At the end of each summer, there is a tournament to crown the NWPBA state champion!

“Love is the most important thing in the world, but baseball is pretty good, too.”
Yogi Berra
